1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between si6s ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered by si6s at the domain si6s.io and any associated subdomains or applications.

By accessing the si6s platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the binding agreement between you and si6s. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the si6s platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the full range of si6s services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. 3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one registered account on the si6s platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different identity documents, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. si6s uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified:

• All associated accounts may be permanently closed without notice.
• All bonus funds, free bet credits, and promotional balances held within those accounts will be forfeited.

• Real-money balances in excess of deposited amounts may be subject to review before release.

3.3 Account Security

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your registered address, dated within the last three months.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 30 minutes for verified accounts using mobile money methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. si6s reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.

4.4 Withdrawal to Same Payment Method

As a general anti-fraud measure, si6s requires that withdrawals are returned to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. 4.5 Inactive Account Fees

An account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive. si6s reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 to inactive accounts with a positive balance, up to the full value of the remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

si6s offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall apply to that promotion only.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified si6s account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to the specific terms of the welcome promotion active at the time of registration. The welcome bonus may not be available during certain periods, and si6s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the welcome bonus at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise stated, only wagers placed on eligible games count towards wagering requirements. The following game categories typically contribute at reduced rates or not at all:

• Certain live casino table games may contribute at 10% of the staked amount.
• Sports bets with odds below a specified minimum threshold may not contribute.
• Any game explicitly listed as excluded on the promotion page contributes 0%.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

si6s employs automated systems to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk, exploitation of errors in bonus calculations, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Where bonus abuse is detected, si6s reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, close the associated account, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

5.5 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant promotion page, all bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire thirty (30) days from the date the bonus is credited to your account. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically without further notice.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook — Cricket and Other Markets

All sports bets placed on si6s are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published in the si6s sportsbook rules section. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a market, the decision of si6s, based on available official data sources, shall be final. si6s covers cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, as well as football, kabaddi, and other sports.

si6s reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered or settled in error, including but not limited to errors in odds, market descriptions, or event data. In such cases, all staked amounts will be returned to the player's account.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on si6s use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment operated under independently audited conditions. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected sports and events. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the si6s platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to regular players.
• Exploiting errors, malfunctions, or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption in sporting events on which si6s offers betting markets.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that is or may be related to criminal activity.

• Chargebacks: initiating a payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for funds legitimately deposited and used on the si6s platform.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or the administrative systems of si6s.
• Posting, sharing, or transmitting content that is defamatory, abusive, offensive, or harmful via any communication channel provided by si6s.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the si6s platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, written text, audio clips, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the proprietary property of si6s or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the si6s platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the si6s platform without the prior written consent of si6s.

The si6s name, logo, and all associated branding elements are the exclusive trademarks of si6s. Unauthorised use of si6s trademarks in any context is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement under applicable law.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude si6s's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by si6s's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The si6s platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. si6s makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to maintain appropriate device security software.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may request the closure of your si6s account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after identity verification, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements are attached to the balance.

12.2 Termination by si6s

si6s reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

Real-money deposited funds that cannot be attributed to prohibited conduct will generally be returned after investigation is complete.

13 Amendments to These Terms

si6s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the si6s platform after the effective date of any update to these Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. si6s does not waive any rights it may have under applicable law by failing to enforce any provision of these Terms on any particular occasion. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
